Ever feel like you have to be the one that knows the answer to every question? How about the one that can see a project through from inception to delivery? Or what about the one that learns every new tool to make your organization bigger, faster, and stronger?

That's the problem. "Jack of all trades, master of none" is still a quote to live by and to accept in our professional life. It is amazing what happens when we can say "I don't know" and humbly ask for help.

Sometimes there aren't new ideas on a topic. Sometimes we look to the past to move towards the future. Mother Teresa said it best. Together we can do great things!
